Georgia Bean @ 8 Months

 I say it every month, and I'll never stop... I can't believe this baby is another month older!!! I am seriously so in love with her as you can tell from the overload of pictures on every post... I love my time with her and it's flying by so fast!

 I don't know what's wrong with me, but once again I botched this month and took pictures of her the day before she turned 8 months old... why can't I remember what day she was born on?! I've done that twice... I am just getting all my days mixed up and I blame the heat. Let's just go with that.

  "More pictures???? Sigh...."

 She's full of energy these days...

So what has Georgie been up to this last month?!

 As well as Home Depot.

 Every time we come here, the same few workers stop to oo and aw over her and shower her with love and kiddie aprons. So cute.

 Yes, she went to Home Depot in a jean skirt :)

By Now:

*She's eating bread, freeze dried fruit & yogurt chips, pear, hard boiled eggs, and more! Anything soft and easy to swallow is good. She is just eating all day long! 

*She scoots around pretty fast, army style. So funny!
*Loves clapping her hands - this is the first time she's ever copied anything we do. So cute! 

*She is finally on a regular schedule!! Takes two long naps and goes to bed around 7 or 8.

*Picks up stuff with her feet and brings it to her hands! 

*Loves when I sing "Heyyyyyyyy, crazy lady!!!" (tune from Gangnam style hahaha) 

*Still loves getting her diaper changed, it makes her so happy

*Loves facetiming daddy at work and all her friends and family ;)

*Doesn't like being cradled much anymore, likes to sleep on my tummy

*Loves daddy shoulder rides and hanging on to his crazy long hair

*Starting to spit when she babbles 

*Loves when we chase her around and pretend to "eat" her, so hilarious! She screams and laughs 

*Loves to ride in the cart at stores and bounces up and down the whole time

*Loves the water! Can't wait till she's walking and swimming around!

*Always wants our attention and gets so excited when we come over to play with her :) so funny 

Naked Baby Alert! 6 Month Check-Up

Obviously I am way behind in my check-ups... G was already 7.5 months when she went in for her "6 month" check-up. Oops... just took my sweet time with the move and finding a new pediatrician. 

I actually LOVED her new pediatrician! And I think G liked her because it was a HER! She was always a little afraid of her last male pediatrician. She let me hold G in my lap for all of the procedures. So much more comforting for my babe. 

Doctor's offices always smell weird...

She got two shots... hate the tears that follow, they are the worst kind :( but they never last long. She's such a trooper.

Owlz Game

So this deserves documenting:

Because this NEVER happens. 

This is the first time G has ever fallen asleep on dad and he secretly loved it :) it was so cute and nice to have a break! We were invited to an Owlz baseball game with my friend Kimmy and her husband Bruce. I mean Bryce. I don't know why but I called him Bruce once and now it's always a problem.

They are so cute. And they have had exactly one fight in their cute little marriage of like 1 year. It was over wrapping paper. And it was a doozy. ;) I was too engaged in their crazy love life to pay any attention to the game, so don't ask me who won. Don't ever ask me who won. Any game. Not even the super bowl. Haha Zach married his polar opposite.

I love this girl! So glad I met her at APX Alarms 4 years ago... 

Little Fish

We have spent SO much time in the sun this summer! And Georgia has loved every minute of it. She is SO much fun to go swimming with, I love watching her play in the water. 

A day at 7 peaks with a friend:  

There's that tongue again!

She fell asleep on me in the shallow end of the wave pool so down for a quick cat nap she went... it was nice to lay out in the sun while she napped in the shade.

  Then we headed to Jamba Juice to cool off.... and the brought the wave pool with us. 

One minute I was sipping on a Caribbean smoothie and the next, I'm drenched in ice cold water! 

 Those crafty little fingers got too close to my water. So I walked around the rest of the afternoon with no pants and getting weird looks. Fun. But it's ok, her face says "oops."

 We also spent some days at the Winger's Provo house community pool. 

 It has a gradual decline like the beach and is so big and always warm! It's my favorite pool.

Chubby cheeks:

 I know it's picture overload, I just love her face.

 And that happy tongue.

 Swimming always tuckers her out and I love letting her snuggle on me for however long.

 We also spent some time at the Draper city pool behind our house. Turns out it's a super nice pool with some big umbrellas :) 

 She was such a happy camper, people kept stopping by to comment on her happy kicking feet!!

 Praises to the big umbrella ;)

 There's that tongue again. Hard at work.
